Spicy Thai Beef Salad

  1. Two medium well cleaned Beef steaks- fatty/non- fatty.
  2. Onions
  3. Tomatoes
  4. corriander leaves
  5. Bean Sprouts
  6. mint Leaves

Ingredients for Dressing

  1. Soya Sauce
  2. Lime juice
  3. Brown Sugar
  4. Green chillies
  5. Ginger
  6. Garlic

Grind together all the ingredients of dressing. No need to add salt as Soya sauce has it. Dressing is ready. Remember to cut Ginger and Garlic ino small pieces before grinding.

Cut Onions and tomatoes(whatever we have in the salad) into small pieces. Pinch the corriander and mint leaves into it(better than cutting it). Dip the two beef steaks in Soya sauce, and fry/roast/grill it. no need of oil. Cut this into small pieces too.

Mix everything together.
